ျမန္မာျပည္သတင္းေတြမွာ NCGUB နဲ႔ NCUB ဆုိတ့ဲ အဖဲြ႔ ၂ ခု နာမည္မၾကာခဏ ၾကားရမွာပါ။ ဒီ ၂ ဖဲြ႔က အတူတူပဲမဟုတ္ဘူးလား လုိ႔ ေမးတတ္သူမ်ားရိွလုိ႔ ဒီေဆာင္းပါးကုိ ေရးပါတယ္။ ဇာနည္၀င္း

ျမန္မာႏုိင္ငံမွာ ၁၀ ႏွစ္ အႏွစ္ ၂၀ ႏုိင္ငံေရးလုပ္ခ့ဲၿပီး ျပည္ပကုိ တိမ္းေရွာင္လာသူေတြကလည္း ဒီေမးခြန္း ေမးတတ္တယ္။ ႏုိင္ငံေရးမလုပ္ေပမယ့္ သတင္းေတြေစာင့္ဖတ္သူတခ်ဳိ႕ကလည္း ေမးတယ္။
ဒီ ၂ ဖဲြ႔က ျမန္မာျပည္ျပင္ပမွာ အေျခစုိက္တယ္။ ဆက္စပ္မႈ ရိွတယ္။ နာမည္ တူတယ္။ အတုိေကာက္နာမည္ေတြက ပုိတူတယ္။ ၾကည့္ပါဦး -

၁၉၉၀ ေရြးေကာက္ပဲြမွာ လူထုက ေရြးခ်ယ္လုိက္တ့ဲ ကုိယ္စားလွယ္ေတြ လႊတ္ေတာ္မတက္ရဘဲ ေထာင္ထဲ ေရာက္သြားတယ္။ တခ်ဳိ႕က ေတာထဲေရာက္သြားတယ္။ ေတာထဲေရာက္သြားသူေတြက ကရင္ျပည္နယ္ထဲက ကရင္လက္နက္ကုိင္အဖဲြ႔ (KNU)ရဲ႕ မာနယ္ပေလာ ဌာနခ်ဳပ္စခန္းမွာ NCGUB ကုိ ဖဲြ႔စည္းလုိက္တယ္။ စင္ၿပိဳင္အစုိးရလုိ႔ ေခၚတယ္။ KNU စခန္းက်သြားတ့ဲေနာက္ ျပည္ပမွာ အေျခသြားစုိက္ရတယ္။ ျပည္ပေရာက္အစုိးရ လုိ႔လည္း ေခၚၾကတယ္။ ေဒၚေအာင္ဆန္းစုၾကည္နဲ႔ ေမာင္ႏွမ၀မ္းကဲြ ေတာ္စပ္တ့ဲ ေဒါက္တာစိန္၀င္းကုိ ေခါင္းေဆာင္တင္ထားၾကတယ္။

အမ်ဳိးသား ဒီမိုကေရစီ တပ္ေပါင္းစု (NDF)၊
အမ်ဳိးသား ဒီမုိကေရစီ အဖြဲ႔ခ်ဳပ္ - လြတ္ေျမာက္နယ္ေျမ (NLD-LA) ၊
ျပည္သူ႔လႊတ္ေတာ္ ကိုယ္စားလွယ္မ်ား သမဂၢ (MPU)၊
အထက္ပါအင္အားစုေတြကုိ ၾကည့္လုိက္ရင္ စုစုေပါင္း အဖဲြ႔ ၂၈ ဖဲြ႔ ရိွတာကုိ ေတြ႔ႏုိင္ပါတယ္။ (အဖဲြ႔အမည္ေတြကုိ ေဆာင္းပါးအဆုံး၊ ေနာက္ဆက္တဲြမွာၾကည့္ပါ)
လုပ္ငန္းလည္ပတ္ဖုိ႔ ကုိယ္စားလွယ္ေပါင္း ၇၀ ကုိ အခုလုိ စုစည္းထားတယ္။

ဒီအေယာက္ ၇၀ က ဦးေမာင္ေမာင္ကုိ အေထြေထြအတြင္းေရးမွဴးအျဖစ္ တာ၀န္ေပးထားပါတယ္။

တခြန္းတည္းေျပာရမယ္ဆုိရင္ NCGUB က စင္ၿပိဳင္အစုိးရျဖစ္တယ္၊ NCUB ကေတာ့ ဗုိလ္ခ်ဳပ္ေအာင္ဆန္းတုိ႔လုပ္ခ့ဲၾကတ့ဲ ဖဆပလ အဖဲြ႔ခ်ဳပ္ႀကီးနဲ႔ ဆင္တူပါတယ္။ ။
